The plans for the new gateway to Earls Court include the creation of two, elegantly curving buildings which face a new, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea approved public square and landscaped gardens. The North Building will provide thousands of square feet of office space, complementing the existing offering in the area and helping to attract businesses into Earls Court. The South Building will house a boutique-style hotel with restaurant and bar.
The new garden square will connect Warwick Road to the new high street and will feature a fully accessible garden. Exhibition Square will also provide a new underground entrance connecting directly to Earls Court Underground Station.
Capco’s Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, Gary Yardley said: “We are pleased with the continued progress that has been made towards creating the new gateway to Earls Court at Exhibition Square, and we look forward to local people taking advantage of this new space.”
