Covent Garden is one of London’s best-loved neighbourhoods, always on trend and setting the benchmark for innovation and the next steps in retail.
This year, in partnership with the Sir Simon Milton Foundation, under the title, ‘500 Years of Covent Garden’, Capco are sponsoring a Covent Garden inspired Show Garden. It will showcase Covent Garden’s horticultural past, and will be re-imagined by award-winning garden designer Lee Bestall.

Lee’s design for the garden is remarkable, and demonstrates our ongoing passion and commitment to creating high-quality, green, open space for the public to enjoy at both of our London estates.”
Drawing on the area’s origins as an orchard and a fruit and flower market, the spectacular garden will feature a 60 year-old apple tree, flowering herbaceous plants in shades of apple blossom, and steel structures that reference the distinctive arches of Covent Garden’s Market Building.
Reclaimed cobble pathways will guide visitors to the centre of the garden, just as the surrounding streets of Covent Garden draw people into the Piazza. Designed to bring people together, the Piazza is the inspiration for the garden’s central seating area, a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by.
